Organizational Health Diagnostic & Development Corporation (OHDDC) has spent more than four decades helping leaders strengthen culture, develop leadership capacity, and improve organizational performance.
Founded by Dr. Marvin Fairman, OHDDC expanded upon the pioneering work of Dr. Matthew Miles by operationalizing the Ten Dimensions of Organizational Health into a practical framework for leadership development and organizational improvement. This work led to the creation of the Organizational Health Instrument (OHI), a research-based assessment designed to measure the cultural and leadership conditions that influence organizational success.
Today, OHDDC maintains one of the most comprehensive databases on organizational health in American public education. Drawing on decades of research and field experience, our work has helped leaders understand the relationship between leadership behaviors, organizational culture, and performance outcomes.
What sets OHDDC apart is that we are practitioners as well as researchers. Our team includes former teachers, principals, supervisors, superintendents, and organizational leaders who understand the realities of leading complex organizations. We combine data-driven insight with practical experience to help leaders identify strengths, address challenges, and build healthier, higher-performing organizations.
Whether serving schools, businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, or faith-based organizations, our mission remains the same: helping leaders create cultures that support sustained success.
