Our Executive Team

Organizational Health was built on research, refined through experience, and sustained through relationships. Our team brings together these foundations with a shared commitment to helping organizations understand their health, develop their people, and sustain meaningful improvement.

Dr. Marvin Fairman

President & Chief Executive Officer

As the founder of Organizational Health, Dr. Marvin Fairman has devoted more than four decades to understanding what makes organizations effective and how leaders can create the conditions for lasting improvement.

His work in organizational research, assessment, and leadership development established the foundation for the Organizational Health process used by schools, districts, and other organizations.

Drawing on his experience as an educator, school administrator, and university professor, Marvin developed an approach that connects organizational research with practical leadership action.

Today, he continues to guide the organization's mission, research foundations, and commitment to helping leaders create healthier, more effective organizations.

Brent Fairman

Chief Operating Officer

Brent Fairman brings extensive experience in business management, operations, and organizational leadership to his role at Organizational Health.

Brent spent nearly two decades with Sam's Club, a division of Walmart. Advancing through management positions across three states, he served as a Store Manager, earning a reputation for improving underperforming locations and developing operations that served as models for others.

Since joining Organizational Health in 2004, Brent has directed the organization's daily operations and helped develop the systems and relationships necessary to support its growth. His leadership was instrumental in coordinating a nationwide network of independent consultants, ensuring consistent service delivery while maintaining strong relationships with district leaders, clients, and consultants.

As Chief Operating Officer, Brent oversees the organization's operations and client services, working directly with educational leaders and consultants to support the effective implementation of the Organizational Health process. His combination of operational experience, leadership, and practical understanding of organizational improvement helps connect the organization's work with the needs of those it serves.
