Individualized Report

Leaders receive an Individualized Report (IR) that provides the data used in the Interpretation Conference to diagnose the Health of the organization. The 50 to 80+ page IR includes:

  • A personalized letter of Introduction,

  • An overview of the Organizational Health Diagnostic and Development process,

  • Introduction to the Sustained Systemic Success Model™,
  • Data and line graphs contrasting the leader’s perception with a composite of the total team, which includes a gap analysis and a statistical tool to determine the accuracy of the perceptions,

  • A parallel section contrasting the administrative team’s perceptions with the composite of the total team,

  • Analyses and line graphs contrasting how the top third, middle third, and bottom third of the total group responded to the ten dimensions with a statistical analysis showing whether the top or bottom group is having the greater impact upon the middle third (a minimum of 12 team members is required for this analysis),

  • Line graphs that superimpose the leader’s perceptions (and also the administrative team’s perceptions) upon the thirds graph to gain insights into communication patterns within the organization,

  • Bar graphs derived by converting the raw scores into percentile scores. National norms have been established for public schools, service organizations, governmental agencies, and business organizations,

  • Scatter plots for the “big three” dimensions (Goal Focus, Cohesiveness, and Adaptation) that provide a visual image of their status along the dependent, independent, and interdependent continuum. These three dimensions have become known as the “big three” because they typically have the strongest correlation with a variety of performance measurements,

  • A brief analysis of the pre-post data for those organizations with prior year’s data,

  • A gap analysis chart that shows the “gap” between scores of the top five dimensions and the bottom five dimensions. This matrix reveals how the strengths have the potential for negatively impacting the lower dimensions,

  • Based upon the gap analysis, a three to five page explanation describing factors and conditions that are contributing to this imbalance for each of the following:

    • The number one strength and number one priority,
    • The number two strength and number one priority,
    • The number three strength and number one priority,
    • The number four strength and number one priority,
    • The number five strength and number one priority,

  • The final section specifies the next steps in the improvement process.
