Support System

Organizational Health consultants are trained to provide a support system for CEOs and/or their designees. These services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assisting in the development of a plan for incorporating the Organizational Health concept as an integral component of their management system,

  • Providing an Organizational Health orientation session for administrative personnel including clarification of the data collection process,

  • Conducting Organizational Health interpretation conferences for each leader,

  • Conducting team conferences,

  • Conducting Enhancing Leadership Effectiveness Workshops for leaders and key members of their leadership teams,

  • Conducting team training sessions on any of the ten dimensions of Organizational Health,

  • Serving as on-site and/or off-site coach to assist leaders in translating improvement priorities into a Plan of Action (We are also available to assist with intervention strategies.), and

  • Providing assistance for CEOs and other key leaders in redesigning the organizational structure of their system or schools.
* The Improvement Plan should be incorporated into the Organization's planning cycle.
** The new data provide feedback about changes in the Organizational Health of the unit and identifies improvement priorities for the next year. The continuous leadership and organizational improvement process continues.
