Support System
Organizational Health consultants are trained to provide a support system
for CEOs and/or their designees. These services include, but are not
limited to, the following:
- Assisting in the development of a plan for incorporating the
Organizational Health concept as an integral component of their
management system,
- Providing an Organizational Health orientation session for
administrative personnel including clarification of the data collection
process,
- Conducting Organizational Health interpretation conferences for each
leader,
- Conducting team conferences,
- Conducting Enhancing Leadership Effectiveness Workshops for leaders
and key members of their leadership teams,
- Conducting team training sessions on any of the ten dimensions of
Organizational Health,
- Serving as on-site and/or off-site coach to assist leaders in
translating improvement priorities into a Plan of Action (We are also
available to assist with intervention strategies.), and
- Providing assistance for CEOs and other key leaders in redesigning
the organizational structure of their system or schools.

The new data provide feedback about changes
in the Organizational Health of the unit and identifies improvement
priorities for the next year. The continuous leadership and
organizational improvement process continues. |
