The Organizational Health Diagnostic and Development Corporation (OHDDC) was formed in 1981 by the Co-founder and President, Dr. Marvin Fairman. Since inception the OHDDC team has modeled the importance of using feedback as a way to continue to grow and to improve. As a result of feedback and interactions from professionals from across the country, our diagnostic and development process have continued to be refined and expanded. Some of our accomplishments include:
- Creating a set of principles and leadership beliefs that provide the infrastructure and foundation for sustained systemic success.
- Creating conceptual models that provide a good "road map" for helping leaders move individuals and teams from dependence, to independence, and to interdependence.
- Creating scatter plots that show the relationships between student performance and the key dimensions of Organizational Health.
- Integrating the reporting of student performance data into conceptual models. These data clearly show that leaders must move individuals and teams from dependence to independence and from independence to interdependence in order to maximize student performance.
- Providing an individualized report for each leader that ranges from 45 to 60 pages in length.
OHDDC's efforts have been recognized by state and national organizations. The American Association of School Administrators (AASA) has endorsed our diagnostic and development services. The Council for Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) highlighed our data-based research in their Successful Practices series. During the past 29 years, Organizational Health has provided diagnostic and development services for: - Pre-K - 12 public schools.
- Colleges and universities.
- State and local government agencies.
- Retail and merchandising companies.
- Manufacturing companies.
- Chemical and petroleum companies.
- Service organizations.
The number of highly qualified and committed Organizational Health consultants has continued to increase as the demand for our services continues to grow. |
